About Me
I'm a certified NLP Practioner and Life Coach. My passion for wellness especially in Mental Health was derived from my own journey as I suffered from Anxiety and Panic Disorder. From doing all the healing work I also realized this was my calling, Many do not over come or speak about the other side which is healing and conquering. In facing and overcoming there is a huge decision one makes and that is developing the courage to start the very intense and hard work of healing. That is where I believe I can help people, to face, to build courage and to conquer.

In these sessions I help clients with stabilizing and balancing their emotions and feelings in order to have a favorable and manageable experience with them. 

Youth Group Sessions

In these sessions I help a group of friends or a group of students with their goals, challenges, emotions, development, and desires to better equip them for the future they deserve.

Behavioral Sessions 

In thes sessions I help a client look at their current behavioral patterns that doesn't serve them. I help them create self awareness, reflect and challenge themselves to overcome these patterns and build solid impactful positive patterns that serve them and the people around them. 

Individual Sessions

Each individual session is used for a variety of reasons. This could be positive or challenging situations that I help an individual either achieve or overcome. These sessions cover mental illnesses, wellness journeys and life coaching.

Youth Individual Sessions

These sessions are similar to the youth group sessions, only it is individual and I help the young individual with their goals, academics, career choices, adolescents stage, peer pressure, mental health, behavioral changes etc. I take the journey with a young individual to steer them into the future they desire.

Wellness Sessions

In these sessions I help clients with their wellness from physical health, social connections, occupational goals, financial stability, spiritual awakening and intellectual goals. these sessions fall under life coaching as they are goal driven and I help the client focus on achievement and results.

What are the signs of needing help?

If you see recent changes in your life and you feel overwhelmed by these changes, it is often best to seek help even with what may seem small or insignificant. Our emotions have a way of alerting us we need to focus and clear some energy out in order to build more conducive changes.  

What should I take to the  session?

Unless stated otherwise, absolutely nothing. Just bring your courage honesty and openness so we can tackle everything you are currently facing.

Can I take somebody with me for support?

Depending on the session itself and what we are working on, you sometimes will be able to bring a person but most sessions need to be independent unless it is a group session.
